Strength helps us become stronger runners and hopefully avoid injury. 1 - 2 - 1 sessions at Longford gym in Stretford.​​

Strength exercises at home

Programme of strength and core exercises you can do at home.

1-2-1 and group running and training

A track session, hills or running with you as you start your running journey. I can lead a session or run and pace with you.

A head to toe analysis of your running technique, balance and coordination.
