Running sessions
£30 per hour
Lots of runners don't need a plan yet, and some way off strength work. They just want someone to help with how to warm up properly, to show them stretches, how to pace their running, or starting out, perhaps with a run/walk strategy.

I run with experienced runners too, typically supporting with a track session, hill reps, and joining them for the last sections of their long runs in marathon training.
