£60 - £75 per month.
What does monthly coaching mean?
I work with clients on the training they need to achieve their goal. That might be a marathon goal, a 5k race, or progressing your running from it's current level - there doesn't have to be a race as an aim. The start is a chat about where your running is today, how it fits into general life including work, family and other commitments. It's also important to talk about anything that's hindered your progress in the past, be that running technique, an injury or a plateau in speed or distance. ​

Using an app called FINAL SURGE I help programme your runs each week to help achieve your goal, and monitor progress. This includes the session type, pace and distance, and adding in rest days and other activities such as strength and cross training. This is a collaborative plan where we make amendments according to what's happening in a given week, or a need to dial your training up or down. Races are planned in too.​ Clients can add their notes to final surge, making notes about how the runs went.
​Communication can be via the app, but clients also contact me via Whatsapp for anything more urgent. And we then have longer check ins as well. I can also help with fuelling and race day prep too.

For an extra cost, I can also help with strength and mobility routines to support your training.
