
1-2-1 coaching
Initial consultation about you, your running, life outside of running, where your training is today, future goals and how we get there.
I use the app FINAL SURGE to plan your training including the session type, pace, rest days and other activities such as strength and cross training. This is a collaborative plan, and I'd expect you to have input.

Monthly 1-2-1s either in person or online to talk about progress, and the changes we need to mke based on performance, based on improvement, or that race you've gone and entered. We'll look at data from your training and races to ascertain if all metrics point towards your goal being achieved.

Regular contact during the month, to answer questions, swap the plan about, or as motivation in your running.

Advice on race strategy, race nutrition and the mental strategies we use in running and races.
