1-2-1 PT sessions
Strength and core
£35 per hour

As runners, most of just want to run. And important to remember lots of the muscular strength we build is through our running. That means lots of us neglect non running focused strength work. Building muscle in the quads, calfs and glutes helps build power. It helps avoid injuries around knees and shins. Building a strong core helps you hold your hips high when running improving your ability to run long.

Mobility is just as important, and we cna work together on how you want the sessions programmed. For many, its a mix of exercises using weights, kettlebells and bars, core exercises using bodyweight, and mobility exercises.

I use the gym in Longford park in Stretford and programme 1 hour sessions focused on strength for runners. If you have a gym at home, I'm based in Chorlton South Manchester, and happy to travel a short distance to meet you.
