I know, You're thinking cripes that seems a lot! Let me explain.

This is a 1 off session lasting 90 minutes. I'll video your running form from each side, the front and the back, looking at your running technique from head to toe. I'm looking to see if there's any element of your running that'll help you run more efficiently, or if there's imbalances of note. 

We'll also go through a number of tests to look at your balance, coordination and propriception.

We'll also chat through how you warm up, how you coold own and stretch, and make recommendations based on all that.

I'll then write you a report with recommendations, including your videos so you can look back afterwards.
