Strength and core at home

Lots of runners either don't like the gym, or don't have the time. I can write you programmes to do at home. These might be 4 x 20 minute sessions so you can do little and often throughout the week, or longer hour long sessions.

Ideally, you'll need some kettlebells or weights at home, and bands too. I'll then programme sessions you can do at home to help you avoid injuries, and become a stronger runner.
